TITLE: National Sales/ Internet Recruiting Strategist
DEPARTMENT: SALES
REPORTS TO: Vice President
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
To increase Rada’s Sales in Internet Recruiting and with major Fortune 500 Companies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Seasoned Sales and Internet Recruiting guru to market advanced Internet recruiting solutions/recruitment advertising campaigns.
To consult with and sell corporations strategic on-line recruiting solutions. In conjunction, will sell our full line of recruitment advertising products and services to human resources professionals at major National prospective companies.
Accountable for generating New/Additional Business and increasing revenues to meet the financial forecasts, goals and needs of the corporation’s business/growth plans. Assures the competitive nature of the company in the marketplace by establishing professional credibility and upholding the corporation’s reputation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing a new business development national marketing plan to meet aggressive growth goals.
- Meeting or exceeding established sales goals.
- Generating new client growth by building and managing a
prospect pipeline.
- Developing and delivering solutions which include
recruitment advertising campaigns as well as supporting recruitment
technology and service solutions.
- Closing sales leads.
- Targeted and qualified lead generation/solicitation of companies with major recruitment needs (Fortune 500 Companies).
- Networking with industry internet job boards and prospective clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of proven highly successful
consultative sales experience in internet recruiting to Human Resource professionals.
- Additional sales experience in recruitment advertising would be a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, PC, Windows and contact
management software experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a sales arena.
- High level of self -motivation and self- discipline.
- Excellent organizational and verbal and written
communications skills.
